摘  要:目的:探索在模拟机下实施精确、简捷、并发症少的穿刺定位方法。方法:阅读CT图片选择最佳穿刺点后,在模拟机下采用等中心技术结合CT图像参照骨性标志在冠、矢、横状位三维上确定穿刺点。结果:156例经皮穿刺成功率100%,确诊率94.87%,其中肺及纵隔恶性肿瘤132例,结核5例,炎性假瘤3例,肺间质纤维化3例,慢性炎症5例,坏死组织6例,大量淋巴细胞2例,无医源性气胸发生。结论:模拟机结合CT图像三维立体数字化精确定点穿刺是一种简捷、准确、并发症少的技术,为癌症治疗提供精确的技术保障。Objective :To explore more precise, simply method of positioning pricking with little complication enforced by Analog machine. Methods: After reading CT image and chosing the best pricking dot, to determine pricking dot by three - dimensional location from corona, vect and horizonta shape, used by isocentric technique and combine with CT image. Results: All 156 patients who acceptted percutaneous puncture were successful, successful rate was 100%, and final diagnosis rate was 94.87%. Among them 132 patients diagnosed as lung cancer and mediastihal mass ,5 patients tuberculosis,3 patients inflammatory pseudotumor ,3 patients pulmonary interstitial fibrosis ,5 patients chronic intlammation,6 patients necrotic tissue,2 patients with multiplicity lympholeukocyte. No iatrogenic pneumothorax developed. Conclusion:The method to precise positioning pricking used by analog machine combining with three- dimensional digitization CT image is simple, accurate technology with little complication.
