摘　　要：目的:检测大肠癌组织中O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)的表达情况及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用和临床意义。方法:采用SABC免疫组化法检测79例大肠癌标本中MGMT的表达情况。结果:大肠癌中MGMT阳性率为53.16%(42/79),其阳性表达与性别、癌细胞浸润深度无关(P>0.05),与患者年龄、淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05)。结论:检测MGMT的表达情况对于大肠癌恶性程度的判断及临床化疗方案的制定具有指导作用。Objective：To detect the expression of O^6 - methylguanine - DNA methyltransferase （ MGMT）, and it＇s effect of promoter hypermethylation on tumorigenesis and progression. Methods： The expression of MGMT in cancer tissue of 79 cases was examined by SABC immunohistochemistry. Resets： The positive ratie of MGMT in center tissue was 53.16% （42/79）. The expression of MGMT was not associated with the patients＇sex or the invasion of cancer cell （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but associated with the age of patients and lymphnode metastases （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Analysing the expression of MGMT in tumor has guidance role to judge the degree of maliguancy and to make the clinical scheme of cenotherapy.
