摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性宫颈恶性肿瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:对5例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例共5例,占同期宫颈恶性肿瘤的0.17%,首发症状均为不规则阴道出血、排液(4例),平均51.6岁,5例均经免疫组化确诊,为非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,采用化疗为主的综合治疗,3例中晚期患者采用同步放化疗,随访6个月-5年,除1例失访外,4例无瘤生存。结论:原发性宫颈恶性肿瘤采用化疗为基础的综合治疗,中晚期患者同步放化疗疗效满意。Objective：To explore clinical feature, treatment and prognosis of primary cervical lymphoma. Methods： To retrospectively analysis. Results： The disease is rare. Comprising about 0.17% of all primary cervical malignancies. The complaints： abnormal vaginal blooding or vaginal discharge. And the average age was 51.6 years. All were NHL of the five cases, and were carried out by immunohistochemical method. And the five were treated by combination of chemotherapy. There advanced stage patients were treated by concurrent chemoradiation therapy. The follow - up period was six months to five＇years. Only one was lost follow - up. Others survived with no evidence of the disease. Conclusion： The concurrent chemoradiation therapy used for treating the primary cervical lymphoma was satisfying in main chemotherapy of combination therapy.
