摘 要:目的建立精确的足部三维有限元模型,探讨其在足部生物力学研究及临床中的应用。方法利用横断面的MRI数据建立具有高度几何材料相似性的女性足部三维有限元模型,分析比较不同中足融合术对站立时足部受力的影响。结果中足融合术对足底压力分布影响不大,但对足内部骨骼应力分布有较大改变。结论足部三维有限元模型作为重要的足部生物力学研究平台,可应用于众多相关研究领域。Objective Finite element (FE) method has been used increasingly in foot biomechanical investigations with great success due to its capability of modeling structures with irregular geometry and complex material properties. This research will aim at developing an accurate FE model which can be used to understand foot biomechanics and applied in orthopaedics. Methods An anatomical-based female 3D FE model was established with defining nonlinear materials. Two different types of midfoot fusion were studied under balanced standing condition. Results Midfoot fusion was found to induce abnormal bony internal stresse distribution while insignificant changes in plantar pressure. Conclusion 3D FE model of foot can be applied as a good tool in investigating many fields in foot biomechanics.
