摘  要:目的探讨火焰原子吸收法测定果汁钠的方法。方法果汁经硝酸-硫酸消化,加入保护剂、消电离剂等,选择钠元素次灵敏线火焰原子吸收法测定。结果本方法的线性范围为0~16ng/ml,检出限为0.22ng/ml,加标回收率为98.2%~103.3%,RSD〈3%。结论火焰原子吸收法选择次灵敏线,适用于果汁产品中钠离子测定。Objective To discuss flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) method to determine sodium in fruit juice. Methods The fruit juice after digested by the nitric acid - sulfuric acid, joined the protecting reagent, deionization reagent and so on, sodium element second sensitive hne was chose by FAAS. Results The linear range was 0 - 16 ng/ ml, the detection limit was 0.22 ng / ml, and the recovery was 98.2% - 103.3%, RSD was less than 3%. Conclusion FAAS is suitable for the determination of sodium ion in fruit juice.
