摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展和社会结构的变化,高校学生管理应在社会转型的宏观背景下进行相应的转型与变革。高校应当在自主权范围内,主动探索适合本校环境、符合法治精神的学生管理法治化进程。通过对我国高校学生管理法治化的理论审视和现状分析,对高校学生管理法治化从理论和实践的层面进行梳理和探索。With the development of market economy and the change of social structure, the administration of college student should change and transform correspondingly. This paper goes over and analyzes the current situation of administer- student- by - law and probes the administer - student - by - law in the aspects of theory and practice.
