摘 要:随着国家对西部民族地区教育投入的增加和″手拉手″活动的开展,西部民族地区人口受教育比例大大提升,少数民族各类专门人才大量呈现。但是,西部民族地区的教育仍然落后。综合看来,制约西部民族地区教育发展的″颈瓶″是设施落后、东西部师资信息化掌握程度差;少数民族人口增长较快,教育投入显现不足;成人教育资源开发不足等因素。发展西部民族地区的教育,必须采取多渠道筹集资金方式,加大对民族教育的投入,制定相应的发展策略,因地制宜的开展各种形式的民族教育。With the increasing input from the state in the education in the western ethnic group areas and the development of "Hand-in-Hand" activities, the proportion of the educated population increases greatly; there are more and more professionals of ethnic groups in all fields. However, the education in the western area still lags behind. Generally speaking, the "bottle neck" restricting the development of western education in ethnic group area is backward facilities, poor information on eastern and western teacher resource, fast growing population of ethnic groups, inadequate investment in education, deficient exploration of adult education resource, etc. In order to develop the education in the western ethnic group areas, we must raise funds through multiple channels, increase investment in the education for nationalities, and formulate appropriate development strategies suited to local conditions in various forms of the education for nationalitie.
