摘 要:白色念珠菌是能感染人类皮肤和粘膜的真菌。当宿主的免疫系统受到抑制时,可导致念珠菌病。建立动物实验模型对研究不同类型的人类念珠菌病非常必要,如系统性和皮肤粘膜的念珠菌感染模型。目前,最为常见的是系统性念珠菌动物模型。而能准确反映人类皮肤粘膜念珠菌感染的动物模型仍未稳定建立。值得庆幸的是,特异性基因剔除小鼠(specific-gene knock out mice)的出现为研究念珠菌与宿主的免疫应答提供了更为直接和准确的模型。Infections caused by Candida albicans can occur on the skin, on mucous surfaces, or in disseminated form throughout the body. The models on these infections have been developed in vivo and in vitro. Patterns of infection differ in inbred mice, and the variability has been shown to be genetically regulated for both experimental systems. Fortunately, the availability of gene-knockout mice has also contributed significantly to an understanding of the cellular and molecular basis of the host response. In this article, the links between the patterns of infection and the genetic factors that affected the infection was reviewed for a better elucidation on this issue.
