试论非智力因素在培养创新型大学生中的作用

摘　　要：从对非智力因素与创新型大学生的解析入手,指出非智力因素对于高校培养创新型大学生具有驱动、激励和弥补等重要作用,并提出可以通过思想政治教育、社会实践活动和校园文化建设等途径,发挥非智力因素在培养创新型大学生中的作用,从而切实有效地促进创新型大学生的培养。This paper points out the important functions of the non-intellectual factors in driving, initiating and compensating on the basis of the analysis of the non-intellectual factors and the creative students. Meanwhile, it also proposes that the function of non-intellectual factors can be exerted in the education of the creative college students through ideological and political education, social practice and campus cultural construction to promote the efficient and practical education of the creative college students.
