摘  要:目的尝试采用三维数字化方法对与全口义齿平衡相关项目进行测量分析。方法应用非接触式激光三维扫描和数字化技术,在三维扫描和重建10副全口义齿人工牙面以及正中时咬状态的基础上,测量分析与平衡相关的项目和指标。结果补偿曲线弦高平均为(1.83±0.60)mm,定位平面与平面交角平均为(3.56±1.55)°;髁导斜度测量值与补偿曲线弦高(r=0.9676)和定位平面斜度(r=0.9089)均呈显著正相关(均P<0.05);牙尖工作斜面与平面的夹角测量显示,除第2个受试者的第2前磨牙远中斜面以外,各角度值呈向远中增大趋势。结论本研究将激光扫描技术引入全口义齿的平衡研究领域,通过对与平衡理论相关项目的三维测量,为该技术在全口义齿排牙和选磨过程的临床应用提供了理论依据。Objective To analyze the parameters relating to balanced occlusion of complete denture by three-dimensional digital technique. Methods The artificial teeth occlusal surfaces of ten complete dentures were scanned by non-contact laser scanner and were reconstructed by three-dimensional technique. The parameters relating to balanced occlusion of complete denture were measured. Results The mean and standard deviation of the chord height of compensating curve and the included angle between the plane of orientation and occlusal plane were (1.83 ± 0.60) mm and (3.56 ±1.55)°, respectively. Both of the chord height of compensating curve and the included angle between the plane of orientation and occlusal plane were positively related to the inclination of condylar guidance (r = 0. 9676 and 0. 9089, P 〈 0.05 for both). Except for the second premolar of the second subject, the measurement results of the included angle between the cuspidal work inclination and the occlusal plane indicated that the more distal to the arch, the bigger the angle was. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement system for occlusal contacts of complete denture could be used to measure the parameters relating to the theory of balanced occlusion. Moreover, the quantitative analysis may lead to some suggestions on the complete denture fabrication, especially in the area of tooth arrangement and selective grinding.
