摘　　要：肿瘤转移与肿瘤干细胞的转移和归巢行为密切相关。肿瘤干细胞脱离原发肿瘤,进入循环系统和淋巴系统,在趋化因子的趋化作用下,通过黏附内皮组织,跨过血管壁,到达转移位点,形成肿瘤转移灶。文章就肿瘤干细胞的归巢行为进行综述。Tumor metastasis is closely related to metastasis and homing of tumor stem cells. Tumor stem cells detach from the primary tumor mass, enter the peripheral blood or lymph system, actively attach to the endothelium and subsequently penetrate the microvessel wall by chemoattractant, finally reach the metastatic site and form the metastatic tumor. The homing characteristic of tumor stem cells is discussed in this paper.
