摘　　要：推荐一个用水蒸气蒸馏法从中药牡丹皮中提取丹皮酚的经典实验，该实验可操作性强，不污染环境，既可训练基本操作，又与生产实践相结合，容易激发学生的学习兴趣。A typical experiment of abstraction of Paeonol from Cortex Moutan using vapor distillation method was introducted, and the experiment could be operated easily and have less of environmental pollution. The experiment, combined with production practice, could train the basic operation of the students, and stimulate their interest greatly.
