摘　　要：目的探讨子宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变(CIN)细胞的增殖状态分型,分析CIN的增殖状态分型与CIN形态学分级的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测PCNA在150例CIN组织及对照组的表达。结果CIN的级别与PCNA表达有关,级别越高,PI指数越高,CIN3与宫颈癌均为高表达。结论宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变细胞增殖状态分型有利于估计肿瘤的恶性潜能。Objective To investigate cell proliferation state typing in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）, and analyze the relation be,ween cell proliferation typing and morphology grade in CIN cell line. Methods The expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigcn（PCNA） in 150 cases of CIN patients and control group were detected with S-P immunohistochemical methods. Results The expression of CIN grade was related with that of PCNA,the PI（proliferation index） was increased with the increasing CIN grade, high expressions were found in both CIN3 and cervical squamous carcinoma. Conclusion The cell proliferation typing in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） could be used for the evaluation of malignant potentials of tumors.
