摘　　要：大学生社团作为大学生素质拓展的重要载体和阵地,在发展过程中存在着缺乏科学管理、经费不足及生命力不强等问题,这些问题严重影响了社团的可持续发展;学校应高度重视大学生社团的作用,加强指导和扶持;社团自身要建立科学的管理制度,走专业化和特色化道路,开展体现社团文化精神的高雅社团活动,形成具有生命力的社团文化,从而实现社团的可持续发展。College students＇ associations, as an important carrier of and base for cultivating students＇capabilities, are involved in lack of scientific management, fund and life force in its development. These problems hinder these associations from sustainable development. Great attention should be attached to college students＇associations by higher schools. At the same time, it is necessary for the associations to establish scientific management systems for special, professional and sustainable development. Elegant activities which can show the associations＇ spirits should be carried out to develop life -force association cultures.
