摘  要:为了明确小麦地方品种的微量SRC值和SDS沉降值特性,并为小麦品质改良提供基础材料,分析了147份小麦地方品种的微量SRC值和SDS沉降值。结果表明,不同地方品种间微量SRC值差异显著,其中微量水SRC值的变化范围为75.7%~98.1%,微量乳酸SRC值为79.8%~105.8%,微量碳酸钠SRC值为87.5%~112.0%,微量蔗糖SRC值为112.2%~146.6%;SDS沉降值的平均值为28.3mL,变化范围为8.5~55.5mL。相关分析结果表明,SDS沉降值和4种微量SRC值之间相关显著,其中SDS沉降值与微量乳酸SRC相关程度最为密切。根据不同SRC值的表现,从147份供试材料中,筛选出了部分特异小麦地方品种,这些品种可作为特异SRC值小麦新品种选育的优良种质资源。The four micro solvent retention capacities ( micro - SRC) values and sodium dodecyl sulphate sedimentation ( SDS - sedimentation) value of 147 wheat (Triticum aeativum L. ) landraces originated from regions of china and sown at Anhui province in 2006 - 2007 wheat season were analyzed systematically by modified AACC56 - 11 method. The results indicated that there were significant difference among wheat landraces in four micro- SRC values, the water micro -SRC value varied from 75.7% to 98.1% ,the lactic acid micro - SRC value was from 79.8% to 105.8%, the sodium carbonate micro - SRC value was from 87.5% to 112.0% and the sucrose micro - SRC value was from 112.2% to 146.6%. The SDS - sedimentation value among 147 varieties was a little lower, varying from 8.5mL to 55.5mL, with the average of 28.3 mL. SDS - sedimentation value was significantly correlation with four micro - SRC values. Its correlation coefficients with the water micro - SRC value, the lactic acid micro - SRC value, the sodium carbonate micro - SRC value and tile sucrose micro - SRC value were 0.19, 0.29, 0.20 and 0.22, respectively. Several wheat landraces with high or low micro - SRC value selected from 147 tested materials could be used as good germplasm in high or low SRC value wheat breeding program.
