姬松茸菌孢多糖对裸鼠SGC-7901移植瘤的抑制作用及相关免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨姬松茸菌孢多糖对裸鼠SGC-7901移植瘤的抑瘤作用及其可能的作用机制。方法计算移植瘤体积、重量,测定脾脏和肝脏指数。结果姬松茸菌孢多糖能明显减少移植瘤体积,减轻移植瘤重量,拮抗移植瘤裸鼠脾脏和肝脏指数的减少。结论姬松茸菌孢多糖有较强的抑瘤作用,其机制与提高机体的免疫功能密切相关。Objective： To investigate the tumor - inhibiting effect and probable mechanism of Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride on nude mice＇s SGC -7901 transplanted tumor. Methods： Calculate the volume and weight of the transplanted tumor, determine the index of spleen and liver. Results： Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride could obviously reduce the volume of the transplanted tumor, decrease its weight, and decrease the index of spleen and liver. Conclusion： Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride has a good inhibitory effects on tumor, and its mechanism is connected with the improving of body＇s immunity.
