摘　　要：影子工厂实验教学系统针对经管类学生教学中存在的实践环节难以组织的问题,基于多年的企业实践,结合教学的需求而建立。系统以产品的形成为主线全面模拟企业产品形成的全过程,学生以业务流程为驱动实现角色的职业模拟,通过角色转换,帮助学生体验企业的各项管理职能、过程和活动,使学生得到全面系统、富有深度的企业管理实务的训练。To organize students, particularly those majoring in business management to practice in factories is very difficult recently, though it is necessary. This paper introduces the virtual factory experiment-teaching system, which is established based on its researchers＇ experience in different enterprises and can satisfy such requirement in teaching. The system takes how the product is formed as main clue to simulate the real enterprise enviorenment. Through using it and being driven by business processes, students can be trained as real employees to operate, get experiences in these simulated career and get to know all the management functions, processes and activities in enterprises.
