摘　　要：探讨海上保险告知义务的经济学基础,分析现行告知义务规范存在的问题,并尝试运用法经济学重塑合理的告知义务法律规则。This paper examines the economic foundations of the duty of disclosure in marine insurance law, points out the unfairness of the current regime as represented by UK MIA 1906 and tries to work out the proper rules for the duty by way of economic analysis.
