摘 要:目的了解大学生抑郁情绪及抑郁状况,探讨认知—行为疗法在大学生心理危机干预中的效果。方法选取成都理工大学130名存在一定心理困扰的学生作为辅导组,另外随机选取校内3个班100名学生作为对照组进行对比研究,采用心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDC)进行干预前后测试。结果干预组自身的前测和后测各指标差异有统计学意义,前测辅导组和对照组差异均有统计学意义,而后测辅导组和对照组差异均无统计学意义,表明干预组同学的心理健康状况明显好转,干预效果是肯定的。结论运用认知—行为疗法在高校开展心理危机干预,提升大学生认知水平、情绪调适和促进人际交往能力的发展等方面均能取得良好的效果。Objective To investigate depressive emotion and depression in undergraduates and to explore the effects of the cognitive-behavioral therapy in mental crisis intervention. Methods 130 undergraduates with mental troubles were chosen as the intervention group experiencing cognitive behavioral therapy while 100 students at the same university were chosen by random as control group. SCL -90, SCCS, SAS and SDC were used to evaluate the effects before and after intervention in both groups. Results The intervention group showed statistically significant differences in psychological indices according to pre- and post-intervention, and before intervention there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group while after intervention there was no difference any more between them. It suggested the psycho-condition in the intervention group obviously improved, and the effect of intervention was positive. Conclusion The cognitive-behavioral therapy has a positive effect in crisis intervention at university, which makes sense in improving the ability of cognition, emotional adjustment, and interpersonal communication in undergraduates.
