大学生心理压力感问卷的初步编制

摘　　要：目的编制大学生心理压力感问卷，评定当前大学生的心理压力感现状。方法在开放式问卷调查和文献综述的基础上，编制大学生心理压力感问卷，并对湖北省某大学384名学生进行施测。主要运用相关分析与探索性因素分析方法进行统计学处理。结果大学生心理压力感可归并为人际交往压力、地位与经济压力、学习压力、体能与生活压力和就业心理压力5个维度，全问卷的内部一致性系数和分半系数分别为0．934和0．889，各分问卷的信度均在0．765以上，各分问卷全问卷得分之间的相关系数在0．632—0．840之间，各分问卷得分之间的相关系数在0．350～0．662之间。结论大学生心理压力感问卷具有较好的信、效度，适合于个体鉴别。Objective To compile inventory of psychological stress for university students, and to test their psychological stress. Methods Based on relevant literatures and investigation, a new inventory of psychological stress for university students was constructed and used among 384 university students in Hubei. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis were used to test the reliability and validity. Results Five principal components of psychological stress were selected, which including social communication stress, social position and Wealth stress, leaning stress, physical condition and living stress and the job-hunting stress. The internal consistency coefficienty of total scale and half-split coefficiency were 0. 934 and 0. 889 respectively. The reliability of each scale was above 0. 765. The correlation coefficient was 0. 632 - 0. 840 between sub-scales and total scale, and it was 0. 350 - 0. 662 between each subscales. Conclusion Reliability and validity of the inventory are satisfied enough to meet psychometric indices, and it is suitable for university students.
