摘　　要：线粒体形态结构和功能的变化是许多神经退行性疾病发病早期共识的病理现象。从线粒体形态结构异常(包括线粒体形态结构异常、线粒体基因突变)和线粒体功能异常(包括线粒体能量代谢障碍、β-淀粉样蛋白级联反应、氧化应激、钙超载、神经元的兴奋性毒性、细胞凋亡过程)等方面予以综述,为该病的进一步研究提供方向。The structural and functional changes of mitochondria is the early common pathological phenomena found in many neurodegenerative diseases. This article reviews mitochondria about its morphosis abnormality （including its morphosis and structural abnomalities, gene mutation）, functional abnormality （including energy metabolic disorder, β-amyloid cascade reaction, oxidative stress, calcium overload, excitatory toxicity, cell apoptosis） and so on, in order to provide direction for further study of this diseases.
