摘  要:神经胶质细胞的恶性生长导致胶质瘤,胶质瘤侵袭性强、生长迅速。这种扩散能力与Cl-通道的功能及肿瘤细胞释放谷氨酸有关。Cl-通道可使肿瘤细胞迅速的改变形状与体积,以利于穿越脑神经细胞间狭窄而曲折的缝隙;肿瘤细胞还通过释放谷氨酸来破坏瘤周神经组织,可导致癫痫发作,其兴奋性毒性作用亦可导致神经细胞死亡。正常脑组织中用以维持细胞自身稳定作用的离子通道及转运蛋白,同时也与肿瘤细胞异常的生物学特性有着密切关系。The malignant growth of neuroepithelial cell will result in glioma with high invasiveness and rapid growth. This kind of invasive capacity is related to the function of chloride channel and glutanlate released from tumor ceils. Chloride channels can make tumor ceils change their shape and volume quichly, which is helphil for them to pass through the narrow and zigzag gaps between cerebral cells. Tumor cells can destroy nervous tissue around tumor by releasing glutamate,which can result in epileptic attack.The toxic action of its excitability also will result in death of nervous cells. The chloride channels and transport proteins maintaining cell homeostasis in nornal brain tissue also have dose relationship with the abnormal bionomics of tumor cells.
