Twist蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察上皮-间质转化因子Twist在胃癌中的表达情况及其与病人预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测59例胃癌组织和15例正常胃黏膜组织中Twist蛋白的表达。结果59例胃癌组织和15例正常黏膜中Twist阳性率分别为74.6%(44/59)和0%,Twist蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达水平与病人的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小及组织的分化程度无关。但与胃癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结的转移情况、肿瘤的分期以及病人的五年生存情况具有显著相关性。随着胃癌组织浸润深度的加深,Twist蛋白染色阳性率逐渐上升,Twist阳性率增高提示预后不良。结论Twist蛋白的表达与胃癌侵袭转移有相关关系,并与多种临床病理因素相关,可为胃癌侵袭转移的研究和病人的预后判断提供有价值的参考。Qbjective To investigate the expression of Twist in gastric carcinoma tissues and to study its effect on the gastric carcinoma infiltration, metastasis and the prognosis of patients. Methods The expression of Twist in 59 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and 15 cases normal mucosa tissues was detected by using immunohistochemistry. Result Twist was detected in 44 cases（74.6% ） of gastric carcinoma and zero in the normal mucosa. The difference of Twist expression was not significant in different groups of the age, gender of patients, the mass of tumor and different groups of tumor differentiation （ U value were 0. 008, 1. 823, 1. 272,1. 014, P 〉 0.05 ） , while it was significant in group of infiltrative depth, lymphatic metastasis, histological grade and the-Syear survival state, respectively（ U value were 2,448,2,815,2. 810,3,745 ,P 〈0.05 ）. The more poorly differentiation and the more deeply infiltration, the more increased positive expression. The increase of Twist positive expression hints to poor prognosis. Conclusion Twist positive expression were correlated to the metastasis of gastric carcinoma and clinical pathological factors, So the expression of Twist can provide valuable reference for the study of infiltration and valuable reference. for the study of infiltration, metastasis and the decision of prognosis.
