复杂性理论下知识管理与组织学习的结合

摘　　要：复杂性理论作为一门新兴学科,为许多传统学科所借鉴利用。本文在简要介绍了复杂性理论给知识管理所带来的新发展后,对知识管理、组织学习和复杂性理论的结合应用进行了可行性分析。文章认为,任何一个学习型组织都可以看作是一个典型的复杂自适应系统,而组织的学习过程其实就是知识管理中知识的生命循环过程。并对三者结合的产物——开放式企业进行简单介绍。After introducing the new development in knowledge management under the effect of complexity theory, the article analyzes the possibility to integrate knowledge management, organizational learning and CAS theory. The article thinks a learning organization can be regarded as a complex adaptive system, and the learning process of an organization can be thonght as knowledge life cycle. Then, the article introduces the idea of the open enterprise.
