摘  要:目的观察复发性脑梗死患者尿11-去氢-血栓烷B2(11-DH-TXB2)水平变化。方法复发性脑梗死患者26例,初发脑梗死患者30例,均于入院时及服用阿司匹林7 d后各留取尿标本1次;非脑血管病性患者28例作为对照组,留取尿标本1次。酶免疫法(EIA)测定尿11-DH-TXB2水平。结果复发组及初发组入院时尿11-DH-TXB2均高于对照组(P<0.05),服用阿司匹林后尿11-DH-TXB2水平均较服药前显著下降(P<0.01);复发组与初发组阿司匹林抵抗发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复发及初发脑梗死患者急性期尿11-DH-TXB2水平均升高。阿司匹林可显著降低急性脑梗死患者尿11-DH-TXB2水平。Objective To investigate the change of urine 11-dehydro-thromboxane B2 ( 11-DH-TXB2 ) in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods Urine samples were collected before and after aspirin intake ( 100 mg/day, 7 days) in 26 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction ( group A) and 30 patients with first-ever cerebral infarction ( group B ) , while only one sample was collected in 28 non-stroke patients ( group C). Urine 11-DH-TXB2 was measured with the method of EIA. Results The urine 11-DH-TXB2 levels in group A and group B on admission were significantly higher than that in group C (P〈0.05). The urine ll-DH-TXB2 levels decreased significantly after the use of aspirin in group A and group B ( P 〈 0.01 ). The difference of the rates of aspirin resistance between group A and group B was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The urine 11 -DH-TXB2 levels are increased in both recurrent and first-ever cerebral infarction patients. Aspirin can reduce the urine 11-DH-TXB2 levels significantly in infarction patients.
