摘　　要：电视节目制作中速度的调节与控制对观众的心理会产生很大的影响，不仅是对时空的放缩，更重要的是产生节奏的张弛。文章介绍了速度调控在电视节目制作中的意义和作用，并从技术上结合实践说明了速度调控的方法。The adjustment and control of speed in the process of TV program making may have a tremendous effect on the audience ＇s psyche. The change of programs＇speed not only causes a transformation of space and time but also results in the change of rhythm. This paper expounds on the significance arid application of speed adjustment in TV program making and introduces the detailed techniques of speed adjustment.
