摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin、PCNA蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义及相关性。方法应用免疫组化(SP)法检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱组织中Survivin、PCNA的表达。结果(1)膀胱移行细胞癌中Survivin、PCNA的阳性表达率明显高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.01);(2)随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期的增高,Survivin、PCNA的阳性表达率明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)在膀胱移行细胞癌中,Survivin与PCNA的表达率呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin、PCNA的阳性表达与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin and PCNA in bladder transitional carcinoma and their relativity. Methods The immunohistochemistry （ SP method） was used to determine the expression of Survivin, PCNA in 60 cases with BTCC and 10 normal cases with bladder tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Survivin and PCNA in BTCC were significantly higher than those in normal bladder tissue（ P 〈0.01 ）. The positive expression rates of Survivin and PCNA increased significantly with increasing pathological grade and clinical stage （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a positive correlation between the expression rates of Survivin and PCNA （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The positive expression rates of Survivin and PCNA are closely associated with tumorigenesis, progress and prognosis of BTCC.
