摘　　要：电子病历挖掘受到了国内外研究人员的极大关注,它旨在提取电子病历数据库中有用的医疗信息并挖掘隐含在其中的医学诊断规则和模式,从而为疾病诊断和治疗提供科学的、准确的辅助决策。通过对资料和文献的分析,详细总结并探讨了电子病历挖掘的概念、技术路线、主要方法以及应用领域,最后指出了其研究面临的挑战。随着电子病历挖掘的进一步研究,其必将在医学领域得到更广泛地应用。In recent years, more and more researchers over the world show great interests in the electronic patient record mining, which deals with the implicit and useful medical information stored in the electronic patient record database. And Through it the useful knowledge is extracted and the scientific and auxiliary decision-making is proved for the diagnosis and treatment of disease. After the references are analyzed, the concepts, technique implementations and applications ofelectronic patient record mining are summarized and discussed in detail. The challenges in the research of this field are also pointed out. With it is deeply researched, the electronic patient record mining will be widely used in the medical field.
