模糊综合评价法在宗地估价中的应用

摘　　要：根据模糊数学的原理,建立了宗地地价模糊综合评价模型。以某住宅用地宗地为例,利用所建立的模型对宗地地价进行了科学的评估,为城市宗地评估的科学化提供一个可借鉴的范式。In the paper, we build a model of fuzzy - comprehensive - evaluation for the land appraisal, taking the residence - land for example, make use of the model for the parcel land appraisal. The paper provides an example for the evaluation of parcel land in the cities scientifically.
