摘 要:将新疆紫草无菌苗根分别接种在含不同培养因子的培养基中进行液体培养,观察培养基、pH值、有机物、L-苯丙氨酸对根的生长量、培养液颜色及OD值的影响。结果表明:①在SH培养基中,且pH为4.5时根相对生长率较M9大。②M9培养基附加30g/L蔗糖有利于紫草根生长,蔗糖浓度为30-60g/L促进紫草素合成。③在M9培养基上添加低浓度的CuCl2有利于根的生长。④在M9培养基上添加White有机成份及肌醇(200mg/L)均对根的生长无促进作用。⑤M9添加L-苯丙氨酸对种子根的生长无明显促进作用。⑥根的生长周期为9-12d。适宜根生长条件的摸索为新疆紫草毛状根及紫草素的生产条件的确定提供了依据。The root from Arnebiaeuchroma (Royle) Johnst sterile seed was inoculated on germ root of liq- uid culture medium with different growth culture factors. Effect of medium, pH,organic matter, L-Phenyl-alanine on the growth quantity of root,nutrient liquid colour, OD was observed. The results showed that: ①The root growth in culture medium with SH (pH4.5) 4.5 relative-growth was more than that of in medium Mg. ②M9 medium with 30 g/L cane sugar was advantageous for the root growth of Arnebiaeuchro-ma (Royle) Johnst, 30-60 g/L cane sugar in culture medium can stimulate the synthesis of shikonin in root. ③Adding low concentration of Cu^2+ promoted greatly the growth of roots. ④Adding white organic component and inosit had no effect on roots growth. ⑤In comparison with medium M9 medium, adding L- PHenylalanine had no obvious effect on root growth ⑥9 to 12 days was a growth cycle period. The aquired results in the investigation provided the basis for further developing the root growth of seed of Arnebiae- uchroma (Royle) Johnst.
