摘  要:用CTAB法提取了6种鹰嘴豆品种总DNA,使用RAPD技术对其进行了品种鉴定。从113种随机引物中筛选出7种扩增较稳定的引物。来扩增6种嘴豆品种总DNA,共扩增出29条带,每种引物扩增出3-7条带;多态性条带共16条,多态性比例为55.17%。利用DPS软件所做的统计分析和聚类分析结果表明6个品种间的相似系数在0.4286-0.8462,平均相似系数为0.6416;可聚成2类:165号、阿克苏号、阿瓦提号可聚为A类;88-1号、176号、185号可聚为B类,同一类品种间体现了一定的相关性。Six chickpea total DNAs were extracted by CTAB method and used for identification and cluster analysis was made based on RAPD method. Out of 113 random primers,7 were selected to generate sta ble and polymorphic DNA fragments. Total 29 RAPD fragments were amplified, 16 of which were polymor phi Th 4286 to 0.8462 ,whose mean was pea. A dendrogram was establish vars into 2 groups,among which 5416 ,indicating that the genetic variations existed among the six chick ,based on Hierarchical cluster analysis could divide six chickpea cuhi ere were some genetic relations.
