摘　　要：目的:研究VEGF、P 53在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其相关性,探讨其在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测80例非小细胞肺癌组织、20例肺良性病变组织中VEGF、P 53蛋白的表达。结果:肺癌组织VEGF、P 53阳性表达率明显高于肺良性病变组织(P<0.05)。VEGF、P 53表达与肺癌患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型均无关(P>0.05),与肺癌组织的分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05),VEGF与P 53蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF、P 53可能与肺癌的发生、发展有关。VEGF与P 53在肺癌组织中的表达呈正相关,提示突变型P 53基因可能上调VEGF的表达。Objective..To study the expressions and correlations of VEGF,p53 in NSCLC and discuss their significance in carcinogenesis and progression of lung cancer. Methods ：The expressions of VEGF,p53 in 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues, 20 cases of benign lung tissues were examined by use of S-P immunohistoehemistry. Results ： The positive expressions of VEGF,p53 in lung cancers were significantly higher （P^0.05） than those of VEGF and p53 in benign tissues. No significant correlations were found between expressions of VEGF,p53 and age, gender, hlstologic type （P〉0.05）. VEGF and p53 expressions were closely related to cell differentiation grade, TNM stages, lymph node status of lung cancer. A positive correlation was observed between the expression of VEGF and that of p53 protein （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：VEGF and p53 may be closely related to carcinogenesis and development of lung cancer. A positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and that of p53 suggests that the mutant p53 gene could up-regulate the expression of VEGF.
