新鲜羊膜与冷冻干燥羊膜在胬肉手术移植中生长状态的差异及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察人胎新鲜羊膜与冷冻干燥羊膜在胬肉切除创面移植术后的生长状态的差异及疗效。方法：将新鲜羊膜和冷冻干燥羊膜分别应用于翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植手术，观察羊膜生长的透明度、与创面贴附愈合状态、治疗效果。结果：两种羊膜在术后均透明生长，达到相同的治疗效果。生长状态：新鲜羊膜与创面贴附较紧，愈合较快，冷冻干燥羊膜与创面易留空隙，与创面愈合稍慢，不宜过早拆线。结论：人胎新鲜羊膜与冷冻干燥羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉均可获得满意疗效。冷冻干燥羊膜按国家标准生产，安全性较高，手术时取材更方便，缝合固定时要避免羊膜出现皱褶产生空隙；新鲜羊膜临时取材不方便，在取材与保存时要严格按要求进行，确保安全。Objective：To observe the growth status and treatment effect of fresh amniotic membrane and freeze dehydration amniotic membrane transplantation in pterygium excision surface. Methods：Apply with fresh amniotic membrane and freeze dehydration amniotic membrane in excision of pterygium and amniotic membrane transplantion. Observe the diaphaneity, healing and the treatment. Results： Two amniotic membrane growth transparently and they all have the same treatment effect, growth status ：fresh amniotic membrane attach to the wound tightness and heal up fastly, some interspace in freeze dehydration amniotic membrane and the wound, it heals up slowly and is not suitable to remove. Conclusion ：They all have a good treatment. The freeze dehydration amniotic membrane is produced by national standard and is much safer. Get it conveniently. Sewing up should be avoid the interface. It is not convenient to get the fresh amniotic membrane during the operation. Get it and preserve it must be strictness and scureness.
