摘　　要：糖尿病胃轻瘫的发病机制与自主神经病变、高血糖、血清胃肠激素异常、微血管病变、胃肠壁内神经病变、胃电节律紊乱及代谢紊乱有关;其中,糖尿病患者自主神经病变发生率为20%-40%。文章综述糖尿病胃轻瘫的发病机制,放射性双核素检查、胃肠压力测定、胃电图等诊断方法及促动力药物、电刺激、手术治疗的进展。The pathogenesis of diabetes gastroparesis was regarded to be associated with autonomic nerve pathological change, hyperglycemia, blood serum gastrointestinal hormone exceptionally, capillaries pathological change, nerve pathological change in stomach and intestines wall, gastric galvanocontractility change and metabolism disorder; and the incidence of autonomic nerve pathological change are 20% -40%, This article succinctly summarized major pathogenesis of diabetes gastroparesis, the radionuclide inspects, the stomach and intestines pressure determines andstomach electrograph diagnosis methods, actuation strength medicine, the electricity stimulates and the surgical treatment progress.
