血清中MMP-2和MMP-9与乳头状甲状腺癌的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与乳头状甲状腺癌的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定30例健康对照组和30例甲状腺良性结节患者及23例乳头状甲状腺癌患者血清中的MMP-2和MMP-9的水平,分析其与乳头状甲状腺癌之间的关系。结果乳头状甲状腺癌组血清中MMP-2、MMP-9的水平显著高于甲状腺良性结节患者组和健康对照组(P<0.01)。甲状腺良性结节患者组和健康对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清中MMP-2、MMP-9水平的检测对乳头状甲状腺癌患者有重要的临床意义,可作为甲状腺患者手术前的重要评估方法。Objective To investigate the correlation between matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） as well as metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in serum and thyroid papillary carcinoma.Methods The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum of 23 patients with papillary thyroid gland carcinoma, 30 patients with benign thyroid gland benign node and 30 healthy subjects were detected by ELISA method respectively, and then the relationships between the levelsof MMP-9, MMP-2 and papillary thyroid gland carcinoma were analyzed. Results The levels of MMP-9 , MMP-2 in serum of patients with papillary thyroid gland carcinoma was significantly higher than those of patients with benign thyroid gland tumors and those of healthy subjects（ P〈0.01 ）, while there was no signifieantly difference between patients with benign thyroid gland tumors and healthy subjects. Conclusion The overexpression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 is significantly correlated with human papillary thyroid gland carcinoma and may serve as an important index before operation.
