摘　　要：Myofibroblastic sarcoma, composed primarily of myofibroblast, is a rare malignant tumor. Low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma （LGMS） has been defined properly as a distinct entity in the 2002 WHO classification of soft tissue tumors. Primary sarcoma of the chest wall is also a rare disease. This article describes a case of locally recurrent LGMS of the chest wall.低度恶性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤由肌纤维母细胞构成,是一少见的软组织肿瘤。好发生于头颈部。本文描述1例71岁女性胸壁复发性软组织肿瘤病例,结合临床及病理学特点,诊断为低度恶性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤。治疗方面仅经手术切除,未作其它处理。
