摘　　要：目的探讨热化疗对口腔颌面部鳞癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法12例口腔颌面部鳞癌患者接受热化疗,于第一次治疗前及最后一次治疗后取其外周血行淋巴细胞转化指数及T淋巴细胞亚群检测,结果行配对t检验。结果热化疗后口腔颌面部鳞癌患者淋巴细胞转化指数、CD4+细胞数目及CD4+/CD8+比值明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论热化疗可以提高口腔颌面部鳞癌患者淋巴细胞转化指数、CD4+细胞数目及CD4+/CD8+比值,增强机体的免疫功能,提高抗肿瘤效应。Objective To study the influence of thermochemotherapy on T lymphocyte subset in peripheral blood of patients with oral cancer. Methods Twelve subjects with oral cancer were treated by thermochemotherapy, and the T lymphocyte subset before and after treatment were analyzed with paired t test. Results The lymphocyte transformation index, the amount of CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD^＋/CD8^＋ were elevated by thermochemotherapy （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Thermochemotherapy can enhance the lymphocyte transformation index, the amount of CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋ /CD8^＋, thus elevate the patient＇ s immune function and antitumor response.
