摘　　要：本文对于一种在两种应力（电压应力和温度应力）的作用下的电子产品，当它的寿命服从指数分布时，提出双应力步加试验的试验设计及对所获得的失效数据进行可靠性的统计分析。In this paper,for the electronic products of the both stress action (voltage stress and emperature stress),testing design of both stress step stress accelerated and reliability statistical analysis for the failure datas are given when the lifetime of product obey the exponential distribution.And the example and the software package.
