摘　　要：围绕如何培养学生实践能力及科学素养，提高学生的综合素质，对医学检验专业的临床免疫学实验教学进行探索，通过加强师资队伍建设、教学工作评估、开放式实验教学促进培养学生综合思维、创新能力。In order to improve the teaching quality of higher education and meet the need of the development in 21 st century, the experimental teaching of clinical immunology were explored, especially on how to train the practical and scientific ability of students and how to improve student＇ s integrative quality. By reinforcing faculty building, refined-courses construction, teaching assessment, the integrative thought and innovative ability of the students could be trained by open teaching.
