P21蛋白在食管鳞癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P21蛋白在食管癌和远癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌发生、发展及生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测48例食管癌和远癌组织中P21蛋白的表达。结果:P21蛋白在食管鳞癌、远癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为31.25%、93.75%,食管癌组织P21蛋白阳性表达率明显低于远癌组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=40.0,P<0.001,r=-0.65),P21蛋白阳性表达与食管癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈负相关,与外膜浸润无关。结论:P21蛋白的异常表达与食管鳞癌的发生,发展及组织学类型、淋巴结转移TNM分期密切相关。Objective To investigate the role of abnormal expression of P21 protein in the oncogenesis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods P21 protein expression was determined with immunohistochemistry in 48 oesophageal squamous carcinomas and corresponding adjacent tissues. Results P21 immunoreactivity was detected in 15 of 48 cases of esophageal carcinoma and in 45 of 48 correspounding adjacent tissues. There was a statistic difference （χ^2= 40. 0, P〈0. 001）. Positive staining rate of P21 in human esophageal squamous carcinoma was negatively correlated with the histological types （P〈0. 05）, lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 05）, and TNM stage（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of P21 proteins is closely related to the development of esophageal carcinoma and its histological types, status of regional lymph nodes and TNM stages.
