摘　　要：目的:探讨家兔自体静脉移植替代房水输出通道,引流房水的可行性。方法:取内径为0.6mm、长1.2cm的兔耳静脉和耳动脉(内径0.7mm,外径1.0mm,长2mm),制成引流物移植到前房和球结膜下30例30眼。定期向前房内注射40g/L亚甲基蓝观察房水引流效果,观察时间2mo。结果:术后2mo时,自体静脉引流房水通畅26眼,引流失败的4眼。结论:家兔自体耳血管移植到前房和球结膜下后能有效地引流房水。AIM： To investigate the feasibility of transplanting rabbit autogenous vein to replace the export passage of aqueous humor for drainage. METHODS： The drain was transplanted to anterior chamber and bulbar conjunctiva in 30 rabbits （30 eyes）, which was made of auricular vein with internal diameter of 0. 6mm and length of 1. 2cm and median auricular artery with internal diameter of 0.7mm, external diameter of 1. 0mm and length of 2mm. We regularly injected methylene blue into the rabbit＇s anterior chamber to observe the drainage effect of aqueous humor for two months after the operation. RESULTS： At the second month postoperatively, 26 eyes succeeded in draining aqueous humor, whereas 4 eyes failed. CONCLUSION： Rabbit autogenous auricular vein can drain the aqueous humor effectively when transplanted to anterior chamber and bulbar conjunctiva.
