摘　　要：目的:探讨眼眶绿色瘤的临床表现,治疗及预后。方法:针对1例绿色瘤病例并结合国内外文献进行讨论。结果:该患儿眼眶绿色瘤,全身情况差,不具备进一步治疗的条件,1wk后死亡。结论:对于特别是儿童期眼眶肿瘤绿色瘤应早发现,早检查,早确诊,早治疗,延长生存期。AIM： To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of orbital chloroma. METHODS： The discussion was made aiming at one case with chloroma combined with domestic and foreign literatures. RESULTS： The 11-month-old boy had chloroma at left ocular orbit, and his systemic conditions were bad. He couldn＇t receive further treatment and unfortunately he was dead after one week. CONCLUSION： As for orbital tumor in childhood, especially chloroma, it should be detected, examined, diagnosed and treated early to prolong the period of survival.
