摘　　要：一、2007年中国食品工业行业运行状况 2007年，是我们党和国家发展进程中非常重要的一年。在过去的一年里，我国国民经济在全面贯彻落实科学发展观及各项宏观调控政策的作用下，有效地控制和调整了经济运行中的不稳定因素，继续保持了国民经济快速发展食品工业亦呈现出健康、持续、快速、可持续发展的良好态势，取得了显著的成果。In 2007,the pro- duction value of China food industry achieved 3000 billion RMB,in- creased by 30.07% in comparison with the last year.Imports and ex- ports of food products increased by 38.81% and reached 63 billion dollars approximately. In 2007,China food industry made great progress in many respects,such as pro- duction yield,product safety and quality,investment and etc. However,the chairman of China Food Industry Association, Mr Wang pointed out certain difficulties and challenges we are facing up to.He summarized the performance of China food industry in the last year and introduced ten tasks the association plans to fulfill in 2008. First,implement scientific outlook on development,pro- mote quality growth of food industry. Second,promote the experience of leading enterprises and fortify the relationship between agriculture and food industry. Third,strengthen the dominance of food enterprises in technology innovation. Fourth,improve self-discipline and establish safety and credit system in food industry. Fifth,encourage to carry out independent innovation and enhance professional service level. Sixth,strengthen the communication between association members as well as ensure enterprises' rights and interests. Seventh,strengthen the influence of the association and effectively promote food industry constant development. Eighth,improve the service of media and publicize the achievements of reform and opening-up to offer better service to China food industry. Ninth,organize celebrations to commemorate the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up in food industry. Tenth,enhance competence of staff in the association so as to improve our service. Finally,Mr Wang said China Food Industry Association ought to meet the demands of enterprises and industry trends, as well as do great efforts to make a progress in 2008 and contribute to the quality growth of China food industry.
