摘　　要：劳动者权利观念淡薄,忽视劳动者的权利,二者相互影响,循环积累。必须批判官文化、官本位,改革行政集权体制,完善社会主义经济理论和民主法制,提高劳动者素质,强化劳动者权利意识,落实劳动者社会主体地位。Both the light idea of workers＇right and the neglect of workers＇right affect each other mutually and circulate accumulation gradually. On one hand, we must criticize the officer culture and the officer standard, reform the administrative centralization system and perfeet the Socialist Eeonomic theory ＆ the Democracy and Legal System. On the other hand, it is necessary to improve the workers＇ quality, strengthen the idea of workers＇ right and carry out the socialist subjective status of workers.
