摘  要:负荷车是汽车通用道路试验的重要设备,主要用于测定车辆牵引性能等动力性能指标,也可用于在水平道路上模拟汽车道路行驶阻力进行其它性能试验。决定负荷车特性的主要因素是测功机特性,目前常见的测功机不能满足负荷车低速大负荷加载要求,并使负荷车功率吸收系统结构复杂,试验操作繁琐。液黏测功机是一种新型的功率吸收装置,具有低速(含0转速)输出大制动转矩的机械特性。装备液黏测功机的负荷车除能够满足各种有级式机械传动系车辆试验外,更适用于装用自动变速器等传动系的车辆试验。通过研究液黏测功机的外特性和带排转矩特性,分析负荷车的加载特性和行驶阻力特性,并通过实车试验验证了负荷车特性。理论和试验证明负荷车采用液黏测功机作为功率吸收装置是可行的。A loading vehicle is an important equipment for universal road test of automobiles. It is mainly used to test power performance indexes such as traction of a vehicle or to simulate travel resistance on horizontal auto-roads in other performance test. Main factor determining the characteristics of a loading vehicle is its dynamometer characteristics. Currently common dynamometers couldn't meet the low speed and high load requirements of a loading vehicle and make the power absorbing system structure complicated and the test procedure complex. Viscous fluid dynamometer is a kind of new power absorbing device featuring a mechanical characteristic of high braking torque under low speed, including zero speed. Not only could the loading vehicle based on viscous fluid dynamometer meet the test requirements of various stepped mechanical drive vehicles but also is more suitable to the vehicle tests for drive systems with automatic transmissions. Through a research on external characteristics and drag torque characteristic of viscous fluid dynamometer, loading and travel resistance characteristics of the loading vehicle are analyzed and the loading vehicle characteristics is verified through practical vehicle test. Theory and test show that the application of a viscous fluid dynamometer as a power absorbing device is feasible.
