摘  要:沥青路面的冷再生施工过程中,混合料的含水量直接影响到路面结构层的再生质量,现有的国产路面冷再生机喷洒系统控制精度低、操作复杂且可靠性差。提出一套经济、实用的测控方案,在阐述冷再生机系统构成和喷洒系统工作原理的基础上,论述路面冷再生机智能喷洒系统关键硬件电路的设计和控制算法的实现,采用参数自适应模糊PID(proportional-integral-derivative比例-积分-微分调节)技术对路面冷再生机的喷洒控制系统进行设计。该控制系统运用模糊理论整定PID参数,将模糊推理和PID控制有机结合在一起,能在线调节PWM(Pulse Width Modulation脉冲宽度调制)的脉宽,实现了喷洒输出的自寻优控制,有效地提高道路冷再生的质量和效率。During the operation of cold reclaiming for asphalt pavements, water content in aggregate has a direct influence on reclaiming quality of the road mat. The spraying systems on existing domestic cold road reclaimers are poor in control accuracy, complicate in operation and low in reliability. An economic and feasible control scheme is suggested. On the basis of describing system composition of cold reclaimer and work principle of spraying system, design of key hardware circuit and realization of control algorithm of an intelligent spraying system for cold road reclaimer are discussed. Parameter-self-adapting, fuzzy PID is adopted to design the spraying control system for a cold road reclaimer. In the control system, PID parameters are tuned according to fuzzy theory and fuzzy inference and PID control are combined actively so that the width in PWM can be regulated on line and self-optimizing control on spraying output is realized. Quality and productivity in cold reclaiming operation are increased.
