摘　　要：产业技术创新战略联盟研究是对产学研联合的模式和机制进一步深化的探索,首先分析产业技术创新战略联盟的理论基础和国内外产业技术创新战略联盟的实践,然后借鉴交易成本理论、资源依赖理论等分析了产业技术创新战略联盟中产学研各方存在的问题,最后提出推动产业技术创新战略联盟发展的相应对策。Strategic coalition on industrial technology innovation is deepening mode and mechanism about it. We think about theoretic elements on problem in practice. Many questions are analyzed with theory about transaction fee and resource dependent. Countermeasure and revelation are put forward.
