摘 要:分析TH65100卧式加工中心的前滑座,使用Pro/E软件建立滑座的三维实体模型,并将其导入ANSYS中,利用ANSYS软件的静力分析功能,对进给状态下的滑座做有限元计算,并根据计算结果校核滑座的静强度。使用ANSYS软件中的拓扑优化模块对滑座结构进行改进。改进后的滑座结构在保持原结构的静强度和刚度的同时比原设计方案的用料减少了36.95kg。The objective is the slide of the tool. Create the 3D model of the slide in Pro/E. Then, the 3D model of the slide is transfered into the CAE software. There is structural analysis in ANSYS. The slide is calculated by static analysis of the structural analysis model. Based on the analysis result, the static intensity of the slide is determined. Finally, the design of the slide is optimized by the topological optimization in ANSYS. Comparing with the original design, the weight of the optimized structure is reduced by 36. 95kg, and the static intensity and stiffness of it are the same as original design.
