摘 要:在节点电价理论的框架下,对华东区域电力市场中目前试行的网损处理方法进行了分析。验证了其基于网损因子法回收网损,与基于微观经济学的节点电价理论完全一致,做到了市场所要求的公正、公平、公开。结合大量计算结果,验证了目前市场中所选择的网损因子参考点的合理性。这些工作可以引导市场参与者重视电能的生产、传输和使用效率,对于推进华东区域电力市场的健康发展、制定和完善相关的市场规则具有指导意义,并为最终在华东区域电力市场中实施节能降耗的战略目标作出贡献。In the framework of spot price theory, the practical aspects and theoretical foundations of the loss factor method adopted by East China Power Market are analyzed. This paper validates that the adopted loss factor method is consistent with microeconomics-based spot price theory, which can satisfy the market requirements of justice, fairness, publicity. Detailed simulation results show that the selected reference bus of loss factor allocation is reasonable. The loss factor method applied in East China Power Market can help market participants to attach importance to efficiency of electrical generation, transmission and distribution. It can also make contribution to achieving the strategic objective of energy saving and loss reduction in East China Power Market.
