活性初乳素对喉癌细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：采用活性初乳素替代血清培养细胞的方法，观察了不同浓度的活性初乳素对喉癌细胞（ＨＥｐ－２）增殖的影响，并观察了细胞生长曲线的变化．结果表明：活性初乳素浓度较低时，随其浓度的增高对细胞增殖的刺激作用增大，当活性初乳素浓度为２％时刺激作用最大（ｐ＜０．００１），而高浓度的活性初乳素（４％、８％、１６％）对细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用（ｐ＜０．０１）；培养在无血清培液中的细胞不增殖，在含１０％血清或０．２％活性初乳素的培液中生长的细胞生长曲线相似，１０％血清的促细胞生长作用相当于０．２％活性初乳素的８０％．Medium lacking serum but supplemented with activve colostrin will support the growth of HEp-2 cells in culture.2% concentration active colostrin in the most effective in supporting proliferation,4%,8%and 16%concentration active colostrin is remarkable in restrainning proliferation. Cells culturing in serum free medium are not proliferous.Growth curves of HEp-2 cells in 10% serum adn 0.2% active colostrin are similar,The cell density in 10% serum is 80% of that in 0.2% active colostrin.
